Online transactions are subject to verification. You may be asked to show your signed credit card at check-in. Members must show valid membership card and picture ID upon arrival.

Member Pricing
- Member pricing is only available for the named adults listed on valid/active memberships
- Membership must be valid/active at time of event
- Members will be required to show membership card and picture ID for each adult listed on account
- Number of children tickets available for purchase under member pricing is based on membership level
- Tickets for additional guests not listed on the membership can be purchased at the non-member rate
- Member tickets are non-transferable
TinyCon tickets are not available for purchase at the door. Babies (11 months or younger) are free but must have a ticket.
SECURITY POLICY
The Museum does not allow adults to enter the Museum alone without a child and requires that you have at least 1 adult (18 years or older) for every 5 children.
By booking your tickets you are committed to following Museum policies. Museum policies are strictly enforced and guests not adhering may be asked to leave.
