Tickets - Play Sessions

BEFORE BOOKING 

By reserving/purchasing your tickets you are agreeing to abide by Museum policies.

Determine if you and everyone in your family ages two (2) years and up can commit to properly wearing a Museum approved mask during your 2-hour session. Members & guests ages two (2) years and older not able to properly wear a mask for any reason should wait to visit the Museum when masks are no longer required.   

VERIFY YOU ARE RESERVING THE CORRECT DATE & TIME. IF WE ARE SOLD OUT, IT WILL DEFAULT TO THE NEXT AVAILABLE DATE

MASK POLICY

ALL members & guests ages two (2) years and older are required to wear a Museum approved face mask from the time you enter the building until the time you exit the building. Museum approved masks are cloth or disposable that are secured over your nose, mouth, and chin. Strict adherence is required, no exceptions will be made. Members & guests not properly wearing an approved face mask may be asked to leave.

* Neck gaiters, open-chin triangle bandanas, scarves, and face coverings containing valves, mesh material or holes of any kind are not acceptable face coverings. A face shield can be worn with a face mask, but not in place of one.

CHOOSING THE  RIGHT TICKETS

Adult & Child: Select If you are visiting the Museum and do not have any type  of discount voucher, Association of Children’s Museum reciprocal membership or a CMA membership

Baby: Select if any children in your family are under 12 months old

Adult & Child w/ Membership: Select if you have an active CMA membership. You will be required to show your membership card and picture ID for each adult listed on the membership.  If this is your first visit, we will print your membership cards upon arrival. 

Adult & Child w/ Discount Voucher: Select this if you have a $5 Discount Voucher in your possession. You will be required to surrender your voucher(s), at the time of check-in. Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.  

Adult & Child w/ ACM Reciprocity:  Select if you have a reciprocal level membership from another children’s museum. You will be required to show your Association for Children's Museum Membership card with the Reciprocal sticker. Clicks here for details

Although the Museum does not provide refunds, we are happy to reschedule any unused tickets for a future date.
