SECURITY POLICY
The Museum does not allow adults to enter the Museum alone without a child and requires that you have at least 1 adult (18 years or older) for every 5 children.
Online transactions are subject to verification. You may be asked to show your signed credit card at check-in.
The calendar defaults to the next available date and time, verify you have selected the right date and time.
Select date & arrival window
Your entrance is guaranteed during the selected arrival window. If Museum is at capacity, late arrivals will be asked to wait for capacity to open. Once inside, you can stay and play all day. Re-entry is based on capacity.
Last entrance is one hour before closing. The Museum closes at 3:30PM on weekdays . *Prices are higher at the door.

Admission tickets are nonrefundable but can be rescheduled *Some restrictions may apply
These unused tickets can only be rescheduled to another Thursday or Friday in September. These promotional tickets do not qualify for our standard rescheduling policy due to the limited promotional window.
