Each adult member must show either their digital membership card on their own phone or their paper membership card and valid picture ID. 
 
 
Your arrival window guarantees entrance during the one hour time slot selected. Late arrivals may need to wait for capacity to open. Tickets at the door are limited and walkup prices are higher. Last entrance is one hour before closing for all museum guests.

SECURITY POLICY
The Museum does not allow adults to enter the Museum alone without a child and requires that you have at least 1 adult (18 years or older) for every 5 children.  
 
ARRIVAL
Your arrival window guarantees entrance during the one hour time slot of your choice. You may stay and play in the Museum for as long as you like. Last museum entrance is one hour before closing.

ACM DISCOUNT
You must show proof of ACM reciprocity & a matching picture ID at time of entry. On the next page, please use code ACMTIX to apply your discount.

SNAP EBT DISCOUNT
You will see the discount automatically apply on the next page.
 
Every SNAP EBT cardholder may access up to 4 discounted tickets per visit. You must show your SNAP EBT card & matching picture ID at time of entry.

Family Workshop in Museum

Limited to 10 children per session  *one lantern per paid child* 

Please plan on arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your workshop time slot.
Admission to the workshop includes Museum admission.  

Members must sign in or register on this page using the same information provided during membership purchase in order for the Member tickets to be valid.  Members are only permitted free museum admission for the number of members listed on membership and membership card.   Picture ID for each adult and a membership card are due upon arrival.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10:00 - 4:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday 10:00 - 5:00 PM
Closed Wednesdays 

Party - Booking

  • Book your party by selecting your desired date and party time
  • Enter 1 for your quantity
    • You are just booking your party timeslot
    • After you book your party timeslot, you will receive a guest list via email to fill out
  • Once you've added the correct quantity, click the register button to complete the following fields:
    • Registrant is the Adult booking the party
    • Birthday Child's Info
    • Party Agreement
  • After you make the payment and complete the transaction check your email for next steps. 
  • Members must be signed into the website (using the email used when purchasing membership) to receive member discount
